Please note that the below statement is only regarding hardware sales eg (coils, mods battery’s etc) E-Liquid is unaffected thus far.

The recent outbreak of the Coronavirus in China has resulted in an extension of the Chinese New Year holiday and factories currently remained closed.

This will lead to severe delays in hardware stock over the coming weeks. There is currently no official statement as to when stock deliveries will resume and the factories will be facing a huge backlog with a limited workforce when they finally do resume.

We are advising all customers to forecast their inventory wherever possible and to make their own decisions on what stock may be required for the coming weeks. We would advise ordering as soon as possible to guarantee the required products.

We currently have good stock levels but estimated restock dates are beyond our control. We will keep customers informed of any updates as we receive them.
